About the Building

10,000 Santa Monica is a 40-story luxury residential tower built by developer Crescent Heights, located on the Beverly Hills / Century City border with views of the ocean, Hollywood Hills, and the Los Angeles skyling. The building includes 283 units, indoor and outdood pools, gardens, tennis courts, lounges, a fitness center, underground parking, and dog wash facilities. .

What We Did

We completed the plumbing scope for the design and construction. The deck pour schedule for this project was particularly fast-paced, which would have resulted in delays due to laying out the decks. However, our use of dual Trimble units allowed us to layout over 1,000 points per day, much faster than anticipated, exceeding expectations.
