About the Building

Part of the South Park development in Los Angeles by Mack Urban and AECOM, this 536 unit residential / mixed use high-rise will provide residential and retail ameneties including a 801 car parking garage and a 1/2 acre park, blocks from Staples Center.

What We Did

Currently we are completing the design and construction of the plumbing and mechanical/HVAC scope. With consideration to the schedule goals, small staging area, and project type, much of this project is being pre-fabricated at our facilities in Commerce, CA.
