Situated on the Pacific Coast Highway, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, The Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort is a premier destination. Rennovation efforts of the resort included the addition of a new hotel tower with all the ammenities and rennovation of existing areas.

What We Did

This design-build project included the addition of a new 156-unit, 11-story hotel totalling 210,000 square feet. Pool facilities, pool deck drainage systems, restaurants, kitchens, and common areas,
