Pacific Design Center – Red Building

About the Building

The Red Building is part of the 1.6 million square foot multi-use facility that caters to the design community. With unconventional design characteristics, The Red Building is a true West Hollywood landmark, winning the 2012 Q Award.

What We Did

The red building added 8 levels of office space totaling 400,000 square feet and 9 levels of parking capable of holding nearly 1,500 vehicles. Plumbing scope included restrooms, food-service / kitchens, showers, facilities support, along with a massive storm water catch basin.
