About the Building

The Ronald Tutor Campus Center is a 194,000-square-foot, six-level higher-education facility with two below grade levels and four above. This is a mixed-use facility consisting of meeting rooms, classrooms, administration and food services including restaurants, dining facilities, and lounges.

What We Did

The plumbing scope included a new mechanical room and plumbing systems and equipment to support the restaurants, bars, restrooms, and surrounding areas. Much of the rouh-in and finish was pre-fabricated at our in-house facility prior to delivery in order to meet the projects ambitious schedule goals.
